Suppose my goods are defective or damaged in some way. What should I do?Please inform us at dreamersapparrel@gmail.com if you receive your item and it is defective or damaged. Your name, order number, and photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) should be included. Please expect a response from us within one to three business days.

To which address should I send my replacement?Please email us at dreamersapparel@gmail.com if you'd like to exchange your product. We'll send you the return address. When you return an item, you will be liable for all shipping expenses. The cost of delivery is not refundable. The amount of time it takes for your exchanged item to arrive will vary based on where you reside.

What if I was mistaken about the appearance of my item?Unfortunately, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Before making a purchase, be sure to read the product description carefully.

What if I don't receive my stuff as promised?We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once they leave our premises. You must register a claim with the shipping company if an item is lost or stolen (ex. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL). To help you with your claim inquiry, we will give you the address, shipping carrier information, tracking information, and delivery date. If your package is stolen or lost, you will be reimbursed by the shipping company. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ALL HIGH RISK ORDERS In order to expedite your product's delivery, it is critical that your billing and shipping addresses match. All refunds and returns are at the discretion of the seller. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your card if you cancel an order or return an item.
